Cancellation, suspension and data retention
Cancelling
Cancel any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Unspent monthly AI credit expires with its month; top-up credit stays on the account but can only be spent on an active plan.
If a payment fails
Paid features pause right away until payment clears. Your hosted apps keep serving for 14 days, then stop (they are not deleted). Local builds and essential Volition enforcement never stop.
Your data
After a plan ends we keep your workspace, contracts and source for 90 days so you can export or come back, hosted-app database snapshots for 30 days, and verification evidence for one year. Billing records are kept as the law requires. We email the account owner 30 and 7 days before deleting anything.
We never buy credits, hosting or upgrades for you automatically.
