No. There is no ShipGate CI add-on. A former "$50/mo ShipGate CI" offer is retracted — it is not in §9, and the checkout and CI repository routes do not exist. The pull-request check, CLI, and VS Code extension are not built yet. The live surface is the MCP endpoint and the verification gate on WholeStack builds.
The public scan page is a labelled demo. Hosted free-scan quotas and a public verify API are not product surfaces today. Foreign-repo verification (software WholeStack did not build) is tracked as gap #20 and is not sold.
